Project Overview

A complete security integration for Kajima Properties' landmark City of London refurbishment, designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman and managed by BNP Paribas. The brief was a frictionless, future-proof entry experience for a busy multi-tenanted building: secure and fast, yet genuinely effortless for thousands of daily users. Antron designed, installed and commissioned an Inner Range Integriti platform that ties the speedgates, lifts, intercom, CCTV and visitor management into one system, so the building works as one and can adapt as its tenants' needs change.

Systems Installed

  • Access Control: Inner Range Integriti, EN50131 compliant with encrypted communications, integrated with KONE destination control lifts and Aperio by ASSA ABLOY wireless locks
  • Lift Integration: KONE destination control, called automatically when a user badges in at the speedgate
  • Speedgates: IDL optical speedgates with built in destination control displays and QR code readers, including a disability friendly glass gate
  • CCTV: IP CCTV integrated with Integriti for cause and effect monitoring and automatic camera prioritisation
  • Entryphone: CAME BPT XIP IP intercom with bespoke DDA compliant panels for out of hours access
  • Visitor Management: Bluepoint

  • CAME BPT XIP IP intercom for out of hours visitor, delivery and tradesperson access, with bespoke DDA compliant entry panels.
  • Bluepoint visitor management for simple, secure guest access.
  • Over 41 controlled doors serving the building's 2,000+ regular users.
