• BREEAM Outstanding rated, the highest sustainability certification, reflecting exceptional environmental performance
• Former warehouses and workshops (1905-1940) unified by AHMM into a U-shaped courtyard complex, now AHMM's own headquarters
• Full IP upgrade: analogue CCTV replaced with IP, access control upgraded to IP, plus perimeter detection installation
• Bespoke entryphone panels demonstrate heritage-sensitive design in a listed industrial environment
• Established AHMM-Derwent relationship milestone, Morelands launched a 20+ year partnership
